Dr. Brit Watters is a Naturopathic Doctor in Kelowna, BC devoted to empowering and educating her patients to take control of their health. She focuses on uncovering the root cause behind any symptoms so you can achieve resolution of your symptoms. Dr. Brit strives to provide a safe and welcoming space for her patient to feel heard and understood. This allows her patients to make informed decisions about their health with confidence and ease.

Dr. Brit provides patients with comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients’ unique needs and goals. She utilizes different assessment tools such as blood, stool, or urine testing to allow for a proper diagnosis. Her treatment plans aim to provide the best clinical outcome possible. Dr. Brit believes strongly in using current scientific research in her treatment plans, incorporating her clinical experience and patients’ goals to make a plan not only attainable, but sustainable. She includes different treatment modalities and always begins with strengthening the foundation, including nutrition and lifestyle modifications. Once the foundation is set, she can work in other therapies such as nutraceuticals, herbal medicine, pharmaceuticals, injections, or intravenous nutrients.
When not seeking further knowledge, you can find Dr. Brit enjoying the Okanagan lifestyle – soaking up the sun on the lake, hiking Knox Mountain with her Australian shepherds, Zeus and Mila, or sipping wine on a local patio with her fiancé, Morgan.
