As the Patient Care Coordinator at our clinic, I bring over 25 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant ownership, medical office assistant, and a culinary red seal. I have developed a deep appreciation for personalized service and meaningful connections. My goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and truly cared for throughout their wellness journey. I'm genuinely invested in each patients success and well being, and I strive to create a warm welcoming space where they can feel at ease.
Outside the clinic, Mel is married and a mom to a wonderful 16 year old son as well as two loveable fur babies, Ginger and Olive.
She recharges by spending time in nature, exploring, hiking, swimming, snowshoeing, and e-biking; always seeking out new adventures and the road less travelled.
